Eligibility for Return/Exchange
● Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
● Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
● Sale/discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return/Exchange

2. Our team will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (a pickup fee may apply).
3. Return Charges will be 15 AED that will be deducted from your order's total amount.
4. Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds
● Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (where applicable).
● Shipping charges are non-refundable.
● Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
