Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if we accidentally send you a different size from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist you.
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please keep the item unworn and unused, with its original packaging and tags, and send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue along with your order number.
Please note that replacements are intended for manufacturing defects or items incorrectly sent by us. As sizing and colour appearance can vary slightly between products, screens, and lighting conditions, we recommend checking the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.
